Infrastructure
We have a state-of-the-art infrastructure facility, which enable us to carry out our operations in a well organized manner and offer high grade range of Products. Our infrastructure is constructed over a vast area of land and is equipped with latest manufacturing facilities that help us meet the bulk and customized requirements of our clients in timely manner. Further, we have also created separate divisions for production, quality testing, R & D, warehousing and packaging, which enable us to reduce the production costs and manage the delivery time of our products.
The factory is located in Shamli city district Muzaffarnagar & can be characterized by hi-tech machineries, communication devices and amiable working environment. Company History
- IN 1951- Started axle manufacturing fitted with TR bearing (First time in India in SSI).
- IN 1959- Started manufacturing bulluck cart wheels in district muzzafarnagar (U.P.) for the first time in India in SSI when wheels were imported from England, Germany and France.
- IN 1961- our company replaced northern railway’s hand trolley fitted with CI wheels by fabricated channer hand trolley fitted with axle and TR bearings with unbreakable wheels mounted by the solid tyre (northern railway deleted the English drawing of 1919 & approved our drawing) .
- IN 1962- developed steel fabricated cart in place of wooden cart which was lighter, long life n maintainence free than wooden cart.
- IN 1963- developed the heavy duty axle with brakes first time in India in SSI and supplied to ESCORTS (previously axles were imported from England).
- IN 1965- developed front wheels for Escorts tractor with a continuous supply (first time in India in SSI).
- IN 1968- developed the rear tractor wheels for Escorts (first time in India in SSI).
- IN 1969- developed the rim rolling machine.
- IN 1991- developed the forklift wheels and supplied to Swaraj , Voltas, Tractor India Ltd. (First time in India in SSI).
- IN 2002 – developed import substitute forklift wheels first time in India in SSI units
